The main source of the waste gas/fume

The white fume is produced from the hot dip galvanizing process. Generally, the molten zinc surface can quickly form an oxide layer, and the amount of fume is less. But once the workpiece dips in and takes out of the zinc kettle, the fume increases suddenly because of the stirring and volatilization of the fluxing agent.

Characteristics of the white Fume
During the pretreatment and galvanizing process, hot-dip galvanizing projects will produce more dust (zinc) and acid and alkali gases than other industries, which will have a considerable impact on the surrounding environment and the health of workers. The fume generated during the galvanizing process contains a large amount of zinc and zinc oxide particles and is emitted intermittently and instantaneously.

White fume collection
The white fume collecting part is designed with a top suction hood above the zinc kettle. The fume is sucked into the treatment equipment, and the capture rate can reach more than 98%.

White fume bag-type filter
The fume treatment part consists of a shell, filter bag, dust hopper, dust discharging device, bracket, and pulse dust cleaning system. When the dust-containing fume enters the air inlet, it passes through the inner filter bag, and the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the clean air chamber at the upper part of the filter chamber and is collected in the air outlet pipe for discharge. Each row of filter bags is cleaned in turn according to a given time interval. Each row of filter bags corresponds to an electromagnetic pulse valve. When cleaning, the pulse valve opens and sprays water-free and oil-free high-pressure clean air into the corresponding row of filter bags to remove the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag.
